Anaconda TD516 Conveyor Belts

New aftermarket conveyor belts for the Anaconda 516 trommel screen.

Some conveyor belts from the OEM dealer will come vulcanized or with special lacing or patterns. All of our belts come standard with FLEXCO R2 or R5 rivet lacing. If you require special lacing or belt patterns, please call. The most common lacing and belt pattern options are shown in product photos.

Bare Bottom Option: For belts that primarily ride on plastic or metal slides (or metal pan) as opposed to rollers, we recommend using a bare bottom belt. This greatly reduces the friction as the belt rides over the slides/pan.

Indent Pattern Option: Many machine belts have rubber flashing, metal scrapers, or framework that touches or nearly touches the edges of belts to prevent material from falling off. For these belts we remove one v-cleat from each edge leaving ~6" of smooth belt. Belts with a more custom pattern that do not require v-cleat removal are available; however, the price and lead time will vary. Please call to discuss.
