McCloskey S275 Conveyor Belts

New conveyor belts for the McCloskey S275 Incline Screen.

Some conveyor belts from the OEM dealer will come noted as vulcanized, with specific lacing, or special patterns. All of our belts come standard with FLEXCO R2 or R5 rivet lacing. If you require special lacing or belt patterns, please call. The most cost and lead-time effective lacing and belt patterns are available options in the drop-down menus above.

Belt Style: 220# 2-ply and 330# 3-ply are the industry standard for aggregate screens and crushers, with 4-ply typically only used in the hopper/infeed in certain machines. 'HD' means a slightly thicker top cover of belting material. HD being 3/16" thick vs standard 1/8" thick top cover

Many European manufactured machine manuals will call for belts like EP315/3, E400/3 etc. These do not have a direct cross-reference but are equivalent to US standards: EP315/3 roughly being 2-ply 220# and EP500/3 roughly being 3-ply 330#.
