Peterson Conveyor Belts (All Models)

New conveyor belts for Peterson Pacific grinders.

Some conveyor belts from the OEM dealer will come vulcanized or with special lacing or patterns. All of our belts come standard with FLEXCO R2 or R5 rivet lacing. R2 for 220# belts and R5 for 330# belts. If you require special lacing or belt patterns, please call. The most common lacing and belt pattern options are shown in product photos.

Belt Style: 220# 2-ply is the industry standard for machines with pulleys between 6"-12" diameter. For larger machines with 12" or larger pulleys 330# 3-ply belts are a heavier duty option.

Indent Pattern Option: Many machine belts have rubber flashing, metal scrapers, or framework that touches or nearly touches the edges of belts to prevent material from falling off. For these belts we remove one v-cleat from each edge leaving between ~6"-10 of smooth belt per machine/PN. Belts with a more custom pattern that do not require v-cleat removal are available; however, the price and lead time will vary. Please call to discuss.
